They will have access to all folders, or just ones you assign to. You can add as many users as you want, or remove them, and you will pay monthly fee for each users.
For that price, you as an admin also get to customize the UI of Pogoplug web interface. You get nice unlimited storage cloud backup and syncing service for $5 a month per user. Pogoplug Team is essentially Pogoplug Cloud for teams. Now they have Pogoplug Family, Pogoplug Team, and Pogoplug Cloud. They introduced cloud backup service recently and now they are offering monthly plans for teams, families and individual, on top of their current hardware line.
